Ian Beauchamp - Director
Ian has delivered high value business transformation and technology programmes across a variety of sectors including Fintech, Telecoms, Retail but most predominantly in the Gambling, Gaming, Security and Compliance sectors, obtaining jurisdictional licences and regulatory accreditations for many global organisations . Has held roles as CEO, CFO and AML Officer in the Gambling industry and has built and launched a dedicated esports betting platform, achieving UKGC Licence accreditation. Has worked closely with the UKGC and a variety of jurisdictional authorities and currently holds a Personal Management Licence.
James Dyson - Lead Associate
James has worked in security, architecture and global operations for over 20 years delivering solutions ranging from localised network to global enterprise security architectures. Having worked across multiple industries in high risk and highly regulated environment he brings a pragmatic risk based approach to all services. He has a deep experience of both local and global regulation and applies that knowledge into real world deployments.
Nicky Macias - Lead Associate
Nicky has been a compliance and regulatory professional since 2002 and was appointed Gibraltar’s first ever gambling regulator in 2006. He was part of the team that developed and implemented Gibraltar’s existing regulatory framework, and was an active member of the ‘International Association of Gaming Regulators’ and the ‘Gaming Regulators European Forum’ during his time in gambling regulation. Nicky moved from regulator to operator in 2014 and held senior compliance positions in several leading Tier 1 companies including 'Gala Coral Interactive’ and ‘William Hill Online UK’'. Nicky has since become a successful gambling compliance consultant, operating from his hometown Gibraltar. He is a Personal Management Licence holder from the UK Gambling Commission also the current ‘Secretary General’ of the ‘Gibraltar Betting and Gaming Association’.
Fran Beauchamp FCIPD - Director
Fran is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, with a long career in HR and commercial roles to include CEO of an Esports start-up and various Director positions within the gambling and gaming sector.
John Goldie - Lead Consultant
John is an experienced Information Security Practitioner with 20+ years’ experience in auditing, information security, GRC, operational security, business continuity, disaster recovery, data protection, and change management.
John has extensive industry specific experience in AML auditing, (see methodology sheet), for UK based financial service organisations and UKGC RTS audits on EMEA based online gambling organisations that hold a UK licence. He has been responsible for auditing testing houses such as NMI/GLI, who audit/test the gambling machines and games used by operators to ensure fairness and legality.
Alongside information and operational security implementation experience across many EMEA industries, John has implemented GDPR and has considerable experience as a DPO for two organisations. He is certified with ISC2 (CISSP), 27001 Lead Implementer and an MSC (Distinction) in Cyber Security (NCSC approved course).
